I'd also be quite good with Farley at 13.

Ok, I asked and the answer was that knowing what to do with what you got was more important than an inch or half inch. I don’t really want to ask her any more uncomfortable questions if at all possible. B

        Farley's back is fine IMV.
        He is quite tempting @#13,
        in the final analysis.
I get the value aspect of CB.
And the talent level of this prospect.

        Fleet's not playing around.
        Bring Horn.
        Bring The Warhammer.

        Tell me ninja.
        In your scout's eye,
        how flexible is Ifeatu ?
        Box ?
        Up High ?
        Slot ?
        Or chiefly Boundary ?
I think Ifeatu is secondary flexible and could fill all roles.
He definitely isn’t a finished product yet with technique, footwork, and tackling fundamentals but his elite flashes, SeniorBowl work, and improvement year over year are impressive.
He gives us matchup and position flexibility in an tremendous physical package.

If I could pick 1 DB from each day to add to our secondary.......

        Day 1 = Farley
        Day 2 = Melifonwu
        Day 3 = Deablo

I can't spend everyday of the next two weeks leading up to the draft, talking about Darrisaw...in a year with a possible 5 QBs going top 10, the Chargers at #13 are likely to see a top 10 prospect...I think Darrisaw is a decent prospect, but not top 10 caliber, which is why I am not hot on picking him....but the Darrisaw fans think more highly of him...or at least I hope so, if they are gonna pick him at 13...I hope not just so they can check off the LT box....

Anyway, Darrisaw fans get their wish....he is a quality Blue Chip prospect...and now he is gone top 10.
          1. Jags- Trevor Lawrance
          2. Jets- Zach Wilson
          3. 49rs- Mac Jones
          4. ATL- Justine Fields
          5. Cincy- Penei Sewell
          6. Fins- Ja'marr Chase
          7. Lions- Kyle Pitts
          8. CAR- Christian Darrisaw
          9. Donks- Micah Parsons
          10. Boys- Rashawn Slater
          11. Giants- Patrick Surtain
          12. Philly- Joe Horn
          13. Bolts-???

There....no Slater, no Horn, no Darrisaw....now what do you do? I think there is gonna be a 5th QB....but what if there isn't? What if the top ten teams are done...and NE and Chicago and WFT don't blink? What if the usual suspects....top corners and tackles....are gone? Something new to argue about....

Caleb Farley....is his back really ok?
AVT, JOK, Waddle, Moerig....all slam dunk picks...but none of these guys play LT or CB...can we find starters in the second and third, affording us to pick one of these guys?
Tevin Jenkins....can he play on the left side?
Phillips, Ojulari...pass rush could be sick...very tempting.
Cosmi, Little, Brown, Radunz....etc., etc.,.....do we get desperate and reach for need?

No trade back, TBP.....who you got?
I'd go Farley but like the idea of trading down as well.

Along with JOK, a dark horse pick that makes a lot of sense for Staley led team...to hear him talk, outside corner isn't as crucial as playmakers in the middle, and linebackers who can run. A safety like Moehrig or Holland, some oline...and a later round CB like Taylor, St.Juste, etc.....might be how it plays out.
            Adopted Bolt: Kimani Vidal RB

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

In this situation, I’m moving to next in line at OLT, AVT or Jenkins. Potentially with a trade back because they’d both be solid day 1 starters here. Fill the black hole with the first pick.

The black hole, where Herbert’s health disappears.
I have rarely seen Darrisaw in top 10...maybe once or twice. He is always going to us or the Vikings, and lately has been sliding back near 20....but regardless, I don't grade him out as top 10 in any draft. First round material? Sure...there is some good clay there...but not a top ten Blue Chipper, JMO.

If we draft Moerhig then I hope it is with a trade down and I'd be fine with it but I just have a hard time seeing us go safety in the first round.
And if they do I hope they have a plan to get a OT with the next pick whether that is having Little fall to us or a trade up.

I think this draft is plenty deep for safeties. We can get one in the third round that can actually play and contribute.

Just trying to create another exercise, bro...we all keep arguing the same scenarios, wanted to create a new one. What if we couldn't find a trade partner?

Just wanted to see who else the fans like, besides the usual suspects...so I took them off the board, along with the trade.

Guess I never really answered my own question. I figure it's Farley or Moehrig. I love AVT, but those two prospects are special too, and if there is anything we can agree on in this forum, it's LT and DB are the most pressing needs...and fortunately some good prospects available to fill them this year.

Lone Bolt, in this scenario I'd take Little or AVT

We can't start the season without a guy that's at least a candidate to be our LOT.
